south of Costa Rica, between Limon and Puerto Viejo.
The
Cahuita National Park is the main attraction here, where you can watch
White Faced Monkeys, Howler monkeys, Iguanas and more.
Cahuita's
ethnic base is of Jamaican origin, but you can find Italians, Germans,
Swiss and Americans, and you can find a great variety of good restaurants
as a result of this melange.
So
come and enjoy this culture !
Facilities
Hotel
La Diosa has a beautiful designed pool overlooking the sea.
The
design of the cabins are typical of the Costarican Caribbean area.
Our
rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with names like Aphrodite,
Isis, Pachamama…honouring the female energy in the universe.
We
provide king size and queen size beds with first quality mattresses
and fans. All cabins have hot water, and most have jacuzzis and air
conditioners.
We
have four cabins with two bedrooms each, two cabins with three bedrooms
and four single cabins.
In
the morning a delicious breakfast is served with excellent Costarican
coffee in an open ranch or palapa….where you can listen to the
Caribbean sea caressing the shores…..just a few steps away…
A
meditation/dance floor was built in order to meditate. Sarawasti,
goddess of music presides over the room where you can listen to tapes
of Osho, Eckhart Tolle, Miguel Ruiz, among others.

La Diosa is an open forum for meditation and yoga minded persons.
We can accommodate up to 22 people for different workshops.
Activities
The
region offers a variety of tours and activities.
All
tours have local guides that will inform you about the flora, fauna
and history of the Caribbean culture.

A natural garden made by the goddesses themselves…
In front of hotel La Diosa the sea plays with the coral rocks creating
small waterfalls. Tall palm trees are witnessing the dance.
We
built two precious bridges to make a path into this beauty….
The
garden is a little piece of paradise where butterflies enjoy the nectar
of the flowers… Flowers like Caladiums, Anthuriums, Acalyphas
and more. They are waiting for you to caress your eyes…..Among
the trees in the property we can name Ylang Ylang, Star Fruit, Nony,
Ackee and a seventy year old Mango tree! Naturally we serve our guests
coconuts when they enjoy swimming in the pool gazing at the Caribbean
sea…
At
night frogs will serenade you and the Moon…Come and experience
Mother Earth!
