Visit to Cascades and natural waters swimming pool: Upon leaving San José, during the 1 hour and 15 minute trip we will cross the Braulio Carrillo National Park, where you will discover the exuberant vegetation typical of this National Park.
Once you reach Hotel Sueño Azul you will enjoy a dish of natural fruits, accompanied of coffee or tea or a natural drink.
We will then go the “Malatoba” brook, born in the heart of the Braulio Carrillo National Park, in a 45-minute ride on horseback, we will then board the 13-platform canopy in order to come to the refreshing cascades product of the water stroke on the rocks with the passing of time, where you can bathe and enjoy natural massages with the strokes of the cascades. There is also a large 800 m2 swimming pool with a 40 m long water chute; where the water is refreshingly natural, since it is taken from the river to where it returns. The maximum depth is of 1.5 m, thus being safe for the entire family.
You can also visit here a Butterfly Farm, which has a magnificent live collection of the different stages of a butterfly in its natural state, besides a Zompopa Ant Settlement, where a platform will help you discover this gigantic colony of Leaf-Cutting Ants, so you may admire them as they carry out their arduous work.
We will return to the Hotel on horseback, by cart, or by automotive vehicle, where you will enjoy a buffet-type lunch.
For those who do not wish to travel on horseback, transportation would be by cart or by car.
