This is the perfect blend of Free Spirited Adventure and awe-inspiring discovery; as you
begin your day visiting the Peace Waterfall Gardens where you will enjoy a hearty breakfast
while admiring the lush tropical vegetation of the rainforest. After breakfast you
will explore the luxuriant gardens learning about butterflies & hummingbirds before
you embark on a short walk visiting the four different magical waterfalls before
returning to your bus for the drive down the mountains to the Sarapiqui River for a
2 hours of rafting on this beautiful Class ll - III river. You will enjoy the
beauty of the rainforest while viewing many different forms of wildlife such as the
colorful Toucan. Your scrumptious lunch is picnic style on the riverbank. At the end
of the rafting adventure you can shower and change into dry clothes in the private
changing facility before returning to San Jose via the Braulio Carrillo National Park.
